Have these details ready
Explain whether you need help with the door itself, an opener, a new installation, or scheduled maintenance. If it is a repair, describe the first symptom and whether the door is open, closed, or partly raised.
Give the exact service address so the receiving contractor can check coverage. Share the opener or door model only if you already have it or can read it safely. Do not climb, pull apart hardware, or move a damaged door to collect information.
- Your service location and a callback number.
- The door’s current position and any visible damage.
- Which controls respond and what sound or indicator appears.
- Any access or security problem that affects the appointment.
Questions worth asking
Confirm who will perform the work and how the contractor will identify itself on arrival. Ask about service-call charges, diagnostic fees, parts and labor, the approval process, and payment terms.
Ask for an actual appointment window rather than assuming immediate dispatch. Calls and appointment requests do not guarantee service availability. If work is authorized, obtain an itemized invoice and the contractor’s contact details.
Telephone access
On a phone, the call button opens your dialing application. On a computer without calling software, dial the displayed number manually. There is no online request form on this site.
Do not use this line for an immediate life-safety emergency. If someone is trapped or in danger, contact emergency services.
